Sometimes, in times of stress, I hear a voice:
"You look at yourself in the mirror. There’s no one else there but you. No one is there for you but you yourself. You hear music but you can’t speak to anyone. And that makes you want to cry."
Why?

Are there really grudges and hatred that can't be forgiven, suffering and sadness that can't be forgotten, even after say 25-30 years? Personally I have such problems too... but I try to let them slowly fade away and not affect me too much...
Solitude could be either a best friend or a great enemy. It depends on how you going to make use of it. I can only say it makes you figure out many things in life.
